Dear Pi Phis,

It's hard to believe we are already halfway through the year and moving into Winter! We had a relaxing weekend "Re-Treat," a fantastic "CAR-Ma" meeting and book drive, and a successful "Pictures With Santa" fundraiser at the UNT Pi Phi House.

I am so excited about what the rest of the year has in store. The Collegiate Christmas party is sure to be a wonderful mix of Pi Phis of ALL ages. "Spa-Tacular" will relax our minds, body's, and spirits. We will learn wine and chocolate pairings at "Love Yourself." We will have yummy drinks on the patio at our Girls Night Out at Bonnie Ruth's Café. And, of course, our Lil' Angels Playgroup is still going strong, along with our Breakfast Meditations and Lunch Bunches.

We have big plans for Pi Phi Literacy Month, including our CAR program at Caldwell Elementary, Make Your Mark for Literacy, and the Fraternity Day of Service. We will do our First Book Speed Read at our "Love Yourself" meeting in February, where will also learn more about the Pi Beta Phi Foundation. Also, make sure to mark your calendars for the DFW Fraternity Day of Service at "Mane Gait" which will take place on March 6th.
